IEPA Bluetable: Maintaining independence when verifying energy savings
This event will provide you with information, experiences, benefits, typical reasons and requirements for independent measurement and verification (M&V), Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Energy Performance Contracting (EnPC) for ESCOs and project developers. There is a tendency in industry that independence in verifying energy savings is not a problem within ESCO's and a view that ESCOs' should be doing their own verification. Global ESCO networks seem to promote this notion, with a few African countries following suit.
